About Dr. Bryancis

I didn’t choose this path just to treat symptoms.
It’s a path I’ve always felt deeply drawn to. Understanding people, how they feel, what they’ve been through, and how it all shows up in the body.

My approach to health

I believe that health is not just about what’s happening physically. It’s about the connection between your body, your mind, your environment, and your lived experiences.
So many people are left trying to piece things together on their own, managing symptoms without ever feeling fully understood.
My goal is to change that.
When we work together, we take the time to look at the full picture.
Not just what’s going on, but why—and what your body may be asking for.

My training

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, trained in both modern clinical medicine and traditional healing systems, from Chinese Medicine to Ayurvedic medicine and Reiki.
My background and continued studies also emphasize developmental psychology, habit formation, and trauma-informed care.
My work combines evidence-based approaches with a deeper, more individualized understanding of health, so your care is both grounded and personalized.

Why I created In Whole Health

I created In Whole Health as a space for people who are looking for something more aligned. Something offering more clarity, more support, and a more connected approach to their care.
This is a space where you don’t have to navigate your health alone.
Where your concerns are taken seriously.
And where your care is built around you, not just your symptoms.

What you can expect

My role is not just to give recommendations, it’s to guide you in understanding your body and feeling more confident in your health and next steps.
Together, we create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
With training in both habit formation and motivational interviewing, my approach intentionally supports lasting change, not just short-term results.
Healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
It can feel steady, grounded, and even empowering.

On a personal note

Outside of my clinical work, I value staying active, spending time in nature, reading, and exploring art in its many forms.
I practice power yoga and tennis, and enjoy sketching, photography, and creating gemstone jewelry.
I grew up in the Caribbean, surrounded by mountains, ocean air, and quiet caves along the shoreline—spaces that felt grounding, calm, and expansive all at once. That connection to nature has stayed with me.
Now in my free time I still find myself seeking out that same feeling, exploring new places, being near the water, and carving out small moments of quiet to reflect wherever I can.
It’s a rhythm that also continues to shape how I see health. As something that’s not just treated, but supported through environment, pace, and the way we move through our lives.
That same intention carries into how I practice, helping you move out of overwhelm and back into a more balanced, supported way of living.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding the deeper patterns behind health. Not just what’s happening, but why.
